Return & Exchange Policy



Natural Silk Store


At Natural Silk, we are committed to providing high-quality products made from 100% natural mulberry silk. Your satisfaction is our top priority.

Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before completing your purchase.





First: Returns



Customers may request a return within 3 days from the date of receiving the order, provided that:


  • The product is completely unused
  • The product is in its original condition
  • The product is in its original packaging
  • All tags and labels remain intact



As our products are considered personal care items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that have been opened or used, in order to maintain hygiene and safety standards.





Second: Exchanges



An exchange request may be submitted within 3 days of receiving the order in the following cases:


  • Manufacturing defect
  • Receiving an incorrect item



In case of a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order and attach clear photos of the product.





Third: Shipping Fees



  • If the return or exchange is due to a store error or manufacturing defect, Natural Silk will cover the shipping fees.
  • If the reason is a change of mind, the customer is responsible for both return and reshipping costs.






Fourth: Refunds



  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.






Fifth: Special Orders & Sale Items



  • Products purchased during promotions or sales are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
  • Custom or special orders are non-refundable.
